Eric Dolphy/Outward Bound(New Jazz, 1960)
This is Dolphy's first work as a leader, but his style has already been perfected.
We can enjoy his unique, violently fluctuationg phrasing from the beginning.
It also goes well with Freddie Hubbard's trumpet.
The song concept itself, such as the original song "G.W." is very unique.
In addition, it's amazing that the standard song "On Green Dolphin Street" is played in the Dolphy's style on the bass clarinet.
This is one of the albums I want to listen to in my car on my way home from work.
