🆕✨【JAZZ】Archie Shepp/A Sea Of Faces

Archie Shepp/A Sea Of Faces(Black Saint, 1975)

Grecian Moncur's strange piece "Hypnosis," which filled the entire 26 minutes and 10 seconds of the A-side of the analog era, is amazing.

Shepp plays his tenor passionately and frantically over the same melody played by Dave Burrell on piano, which is repeated over and over again.

But it never gets boring or dull.

This is the result of the hot era of 1975.

The concentration of all the members is extraordinary.

"Song for Mozambique" is great, even though it's not jazzy, but "Lookin' for Someone to Love" is also good. It's an interesting album.
